International Fund Services & Asset Management S.A. (‘ifsam’) is a public limited liability company (société anonyme), duly incorporated and validly existing under the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with its registered office at 25, rue Edmond Reuter, L-5326 Contern, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (Registre de commerce et des sociétés de Luxembourg) under the number B 79581.
ifsam is licensed as an investment firm (authorisation no. [P00000170]) and supervised by the Luxembourg supervisory authority of the financial sector, the Commission de surveillance du secteur financier (‘CSSF’) in accordance with the Luxembourg Act of 5 April 1993 regarding the financial sector, as amended (‘Banking Act’).
By virtue of its regulatory license, ifsam is allowed to act as an investment adviser, commission agent, broker in financial instruments and private portfolio manager. As such, ifsam can receive and transmit orders relating to financial instruments, execute orders on behalf of clients, manage investment portfolios, provide investment advice, safeguard and administer financial instruments for its clients as well as provide investment research and financial analysis.
ifsam is also authorised as a family office.

Complaints procedure for clients of International Fund Services & Asset Management S.A. (ifsam)
The satisfaction of our clients is very important to us. However, should there be reason for a complaint, ifsam has implemented a procedure for dealing with your concern.

Complaints will be answered without delay and at least within 5 days. If it is not possible to resolve the complaint within this time, ifsam will provide you with an interim response within the aforementioned period, which will include details of the reason for the delay and information on when ifsam expects to complete its investigation.
In the event of an unsatisfactory response from the member of staff responsible for the complaint, you may, as a second step, write to the Head of Complaints, Mr Luc Duarte. If you do not receive a satisfactory reply within one month of sending your complaint to ifsam’s management, you may, in a third step, use the out-of-court complaint settlement procedure with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
