Luc started his career in 1993 at UBS and then moved to the fixed income trading floor at Société Générale Strauss Turnbull. He then returned to Luxemburg to join the securities trading team at Société Générale Bank & Trust Luxemburg.
Luc co-founded ifsam in 2000 and became the Head of the Dealing, responsible for overseeing the whole transaction flow of the company.
Today as Managing Partner he is responsible for the dealing department, business management, legal and compliance department and human resources.
Since July 2015 he is a Co-Founder and Board Member of Télos Education a.s.b.l Luxemburg, a Luxemburg based company with a socio-educational approach.
He is a citizen of Luxembourg and fluent in English, French, German and Luxembourgish.

Jean-Luc started his professional career at Banque de Luxembourg as a bond and equity trader. He was then appointed Head of Fund Desk at Banque de Luxembourg in charge of setting up a dedicated third-party fund execution desk for inhouse flows as well as promoting these services to external institutional clients all around Europe.
Jean-Luc joined ifsam in 2001 as a Senior Fund Dealer. In 2005, he became Head of Asset Management in charge of developing the fund research activities at ifsam and negotiating distribution agreements with more than 300 Investment Managers worldwide.
He has been a Managing Director at ifsam responsible for Sales/Client Support, Business Development, Asset Management and Fund Company Relationship Management since 2013.
Jean-Luc Lanners holds a Master’s degree in commercial sciences from Institut Catholique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (ICHEC) Bruxelles.
He is a citizen of Luxembourg and fluent in English, French, Geman and Luxembourgish

Gerrit began his career after graduating from high school with a classical bank apprenticeship at a large savings bank in northern Germany. From there he moved to DAB Bank AG Munich in 1998, where he played a major role in setting up the B2B fund trading platform.
In 2002 he joined ifsam S.A. as Head of Business Unit and Coordination. From 2005 he held the position of Head of Business Development/Administration within ifsam and in this context he took over the personnel responsibility for the entire administrative area in addition to his professional expertise.
With the management buy-out in December 2013 he was given the position of Managing Director. In this function Gerrit is responsible for the areas of information technology, administration and accounting. In addition, he is responsible for the internal audit as well as the regulatory administration and the related relationship management with the Luxembourg supervisory authority C.S.S.F.
Gerrit is married, has three children and lives in Germany.

Stefan Speicher started his studies in 1981 at Deutsche Bank Saar AG, completed the Certified Banker program and was head of audit and compliance for branch offices and foreign subsidiaries until 1993. During this period, he also graduated from the Frankfurt School of Finance as a Certified Banking Specialist.
In 1993 Stefan moved to the European Mortgage Bank S.A. in Luxembourg where he focused on Backoffice Administration, IT-Management and Project Management.
He also launched the Core Banking System at the European Mortgage Bank in Dublin.
In 1998 Stefan moved to Hessische Landesbank International S.A. as Program Director for strategic Project delivery and after 3 years he joined Landesbank Schleswig-Holstein International S.A. where he was in charge of a transformation program for two entities.
In 2002, he then moved to Banque LB Lux SA. as Executive Director of internal Backoffice, Administration and Project Management divisions.
